HP ALM/QC PILOT PROJECT

At Proticom we believe strongly that the best way to learn how to use HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or HP Quality Center (QC) is to implement them in a pilot project. During a pilot project, the Proticom consultant will work closely with you to determine the most effective scope of the project. Once this has been determined, we will work with you to determine the best processes and methodologies in order to maximize your QA efforts. Once the workflows and lifecycles are developed, we will mentor the appropriate staff on how to properly customize ALM/QC. After the customization is completed we will mentor your users on the correct usage of each module.

The benefit of the pilot project is that your staff is trained and mentored in your own environment. In addition, after the pilot project is complete you have a complete and customized instance of ALM/QC.
